wow... that's great that your backpack was found :) still, I hope that Air Canada paid you a meaningful compensation (at least to cover the stress hehe)
When I went to Barcelona for the World Championship in 2003, Alitalia lost my suitcase and I remained only with what I was wearing on at that time; between a business trip to France and the Synchro Events in Spain, I couldn't just buy clothes that would fit both appoinments. I got a lot of help from everybody who lent me white clothes :) but still, I wanted my suitcase to be found (and it happened 13 days later, for which I only got EUR 51)
I am so glad that our card and good luck patch made it to you! I didn't known what to do that would be small enough and least bulky! It's an honor to know that a piece of us will be with you for this momentous event! We are excited to see you do your stuff! I am happy to hear that you are enjoying it all there! You have worked long and hard to get there. We love you and will be with you in your swims! Best of luck! Go USA! Cindy
